BIOGRAPHY

Born in Bari (Italy) in 1981, Roberto moved to the Netherlands in 2001. There he worked with the Dutch photographer Jan Willem Scholten, who introduced him to the professional photography. He moved back in Italy in 2005 and got a diplome in portrait photography at European Institute of Design in Rome. Since 2007 his works has been featured by magazines such as L’Uomo Vogue, Vogue Italia, among others. His images of "Peroni beer", published on Vogue Italia, have been shown during an exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts in London in 2007. Roberto lives in Rome and Milan working for Condé Nast, Rcs and Class editori.

BIOGRAFIA

Nato a Bari nel 1981, Roberto si trasferisce nei Paesi Bassi nel 2001. L’incontro con la fotografia professionale avviene quando lavora come primo assistente del fotografo olandese Jan Willem Scholten. Ritornato in Italia nel 2005, si diploma allo I.E.D. (Istituto Europeo di Design) di Roma avvicinandosi con evidente interesse al ritratto. Dal 2007 il suo lavoro viene pubblicato su magazine quali L’Uomo Vogue, Vogue Italia, tra gli altri. Le sue immagini per “Birra Peroni”, pubblicate su Vogue Italia, sono state esposte alla Royal Academy of Arts di Londra nel 2007. Attualmente Roberto vive tra Roma e Milano e lavora per Condé Nast, Rcs e Class editori.
